Driving traffic to my store - what are your basic tips?

Hi Team,

Do you have any basic tips on how to drive traffic to my online store? I have created a facebook fanpage, got small twitter following but I am still confused as to how they use google tools.

Any ideas?

If your site/store is focused on just the one topic/product - create a news section and update it daily - and consider providing other online services over and above just an online store. Google will place a higher ranking on your site if it contains more pages discussing a particular topic.

2ndly - Post new, interesting and useful things to both twitter and FB - hammer them but don't spam. If you create your news section then post links with enticing intros...
