Hi Mitch

Nice clean layout, simply to navigate. Product information seems to be good, certainly on the products I checked at least. Really good stock profile, lots of variety there. The weak points that stand out to me the most would be the product menu firstly. Because your stock profile is so large and varied, I think your side menu would benefit by being broken down into sup-categories instead of just everything just thrown in under the one category.

It just looks a little messy with everything all listed all together, needs to be better defined to make it easier for users.

Your "Sales" category. I would change that to "Specials" I note that you also have a specials category at the top of your side menu, but it gets lost. That needs to be in a bold font and have some separation from the rest of the menu so it catches the customers attention and is far more effective.

I notice that your "Sales" and your "Specials" pages are quite different in content. I found this quite confusing. That's an area where I think you should have some uniformity or if they are designed to be different, then perhaps a definition to explain to customers one form the other.

Testimonials, I would include a first name and last name initial or just both initials and a location of your customers. Feedback is always far more believable with that rather than with nothing at all and of course you really want that to be as believable as possible to be as effective as possible.

"About Us" I would suggest getting a little creative with some copy writing there and seeing if you can expand that. Most people won't read it anyway, but if they do click on it, it's nice to see a few decent sized paragraphs at least, rather than just a few words.

Your choice of font for your top menu categories could be better as well. That Times Roman or whatever that font is that you've used isn't the best. I would look at going with a straight edged font like Arial throughout those categories, as you have done for your products. It's a much cleaner and more professional reading font for users.

Cheers
