Hi Kobi,

Once you find a supplier in our directory that you think you would like to work with, use the information provided in their profile to contact them and discuss opening an account. They will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have about their products and service.

Cheers

Hello Kobi,

Shipping policies are usually on their website page. They would have a category specific to shipping policies and/or privacy categories.

Just a tip: When you contact companies of your choice, the best way to lower the price even further is by purchasing in bulk. There are prices are already very low, but if you buy 20+ units you should be able to negotiate the price even lower.

Cheaper by the dozen so to speak :)

Hi Rachel

That's great information. However I find that some suppliers do not disclose their contact numbers on their website. How do we go about contacting them? I do have their email though. Thanks

Hi David and welcome to the forum,

If email contact is their only means of initial contact, then that is of course your only option. That said, I was personally request phone numbers for any suppliers I was going to do business with. If they weren't prepared to provide a customer service number for me to call, then I wouldn't personally do business with them.

No this is just me of course, however I would want to know that if any problem should arise that I would have a means of getting some attention brought to it straight away and not have to just wait for an email to be answered. As I say, that's just me, but I think it's important to have an instant communication option when you need it, especially in regards to dropshipping.

Hi Kobi

Good to see your response.

Per advised, I wrote to the supplier and they provided his mobile number which is great. I how that moving forward, Salehoo will not register a supplier in their directory if these details are not provided. Like you, I too do not want to liaise or do business with such a supplier however this particular company has the type of product that I required hence my email to them.

Well done SaleHoo! . I am a newby here and absolutely impressed with SaleHoo's customer service. Richelle, whom I deal with regularly has been great help and nice to deal with and many thanks to all of you. I am definitely a happy customer and will spread the word around.

Cheers
