It means that the credit card information you have sent them doesn't match with what you card supplier has on file. According to the supplier, it's the address you have given that is different to the one registered with your card provider.
Have you moved address since you got your credit card?
If you have, you will need to update that information with your card provider, then notify the supplier so they can verify.
