Now that you know how to post questions on the community forums in addition to contacting Salehoo support, please feel free to take advantage of those of us in the Salehoo community who are more than happy to assist you.
Additionally, you should be able to accomplish most of what you need just by properly utilizing the site. It shouldn't be necessary to always resort to asking Salehoo support for assistance.
When you first visit the Salehoo Help & Support Center, it may be tempting to immediately scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill out the "Contact Us" form with any questions you may have, if you first take the time to go through the FAQs at the top of the page, you may find the answers to your questions there.
If not, the next place you should go is the Education page, where basically everything you would ever need to know about how to find good products and suppliers and then how to successfully sell those products online is all there.
If none of those answers your questions or gives you the assistance you need, you can then post messages on any of the Community forums and someone will answer you promptly. If you'd like, feel free to send me a private message as well if you have any questions related to finding good products and suppliers and selling those products successfully online, particularly on eBay, which is my primary area of expertise.
