They are currently not accepting applications for resellers.

I checked the site, as well. I have not come across any announcement for not accepting resellers.

I believe they might be narrowing down their options since they have indicated these qualifiers:

∗ Apple Resellers can participate in additional Apple Channel programs if they qualify.
∗∗ Capabilities optional for Apple resellers based on level of program participation.

I clicked the "reseller" link and got a page stating they are not accepting applicaions for resellers or service providers.

Pretty sure they haven't been accepting new resellers to their network for a while now, got all their bases loaded. Anyone really serious about becoming a reseller should probably contact corporate and discuss any opportunities that may be upcoming to get a bit of a heads up.
