Hi I'm kind of a new member on here..I joined a few months ago but was kind of iffy to use till I researched a little more.Still a little confused on how to use it.I plan on selling on Ebay.I sold a couple of games that I owned on there but thats about it.
I just want to test the water and sell items one by one first before I go full throttle.
When you post to sell one of their items on ebay do you buy it first and have it at your home first before you post it for sale?
Not sure if I want to trust dropshippers yet.
Plus I have auction inspector...does anybody know how to use it cause its a little confusing for me?

Thanks for the reply. Is this where you get the better deals than the the wholesalers? If not then where?
Have you actually made any kind of profit on ebay?
I've been watching some of the auctions on ebay and even tried SMC before this and it seems that the wholesale prices given from them and even this site are more than what they are being sold for on ebay.
For example I watched this person auctioning Maui Jim breakwater sunglasses on ebay and sold it for $142 and the wholesale prices given on here are $226.That tells me that either that he bought them for $42 and made a $100 profit on it or he bought them for the wholesale price and lost his ### on them.
I'm looking to make a decent profit on there not to pay an extra $100 just so somebody can look good.

SMC is junk. Liquidation is probably the best place starting out. I made a purchase from them a couple months ago and am doing well. We have been in business for a long time but just started selling on ebay. We still can't compete with some prices.

Say you buy whatever, well every 10 or 20 items you buy from your supplier/distributor, you get one free, that free item is what you sell cheap to bring buyers to your store. You have to find a good supplier to buy from and create a relationship with. Find an item you want to sell, email the manufacturer, ask if they will dropship or have a distributor that dropships. You will not find a good supplier on google.

I agree with those statements. We have had a retail location for awhile now and often sell to local companies. In some cases we can't come close to Ebay prices unless we specialize in just one or two products. We just started Ecommerce last year. Our company just started selling products on Ebay this year. So far things have been going well. A good supplement to our retail location. Don't worry because some items will be hard to find. Especially below Ebay prices. But don' fear there are still several products out there that can make money on Ebay. The best part is that you can be the one with the good supplier and beat everyones elses prices if needed.

Well you have 2 factors. This person bought these items through liquidation. Which is for a percentage of wholesale, Not the actuall wholesale price. Or this person bought these items from china. Meaning they are fakes. He probably paid 20 bucks each pair.

Liquidation is the best way to make money on ebay. Hands down there is no better way. You can aquire expensive items dirt cheap buying through liquidations. But you have to reseasrch to make the maximum profits. If you really want to make money you need to consider buying truckloads of liquidated stock. Pay 20K to buy a whole trailer of merchandise with a wholesale value of $187,000.

Then flip it on ebay for half of its wholesale value and make $83,000 in pure profits. Many very successfull sellers are doing this and are generating a huge income in the process.
