Hi there,

Have a new membership and also signed up for the store offer. I have asked help on how to get into my store and they point me to videos which I have begun to watch.

Tho the videos say to go to manage store. I do not have that on my tabs when I log in.

Is there something I am missing? I am sure once I am in, it should be straight forward.

Also do you have to change your nameservers for your domain to point somewhere? I usually change them to my hosting company though in this case, it is salehoo.

The email gives a 1800 phone number. Is this only free in New Zealand. Does it apply to Australia?

I'm scratching my head.

Welcome to the forum us4, nice to have you with us!

Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, our system had added your SaleHoo Stores to your old account. I have now removed it from there and added it to your current account (the one under your company's name/email).

To activate your SaleHoo Stores, login to your SaleHoo account. On the Members’ homepage, you will see a link to Products in the second red menu at the top of the page. Clicking this Products link will display all your purchases from SaleHoo. Just click the one you want to visit and follow the instructions to activate.

You will then need to "create" your store, but before you can do that it will ask for a domain name. You can choose to buy your domain name from NameCheap or from any service of your choice. Once done then you go back to the said store creation page and fill in your domain name.

The next step after this is to configure your domain to point to the SaleHoo Stores nameservers, you need to contact your registrar (NameCheap?) and request that the domain be pointed to -
NameServer 1: ns1.doubledotmedia.com
NameServer 2: ns2.doubledotmedia.com

To do this, you need to login to your domain registrar account and change the settings under your current nameservers.

Once you have completed this part, I recommend starting with setting up your store's general settings - Link hidden: Login to view

Regarding your question about our 1800 number, I'm not too sure about the answer to it so I have asked our manager about it, I will let you know his feedback as soon as I receive his reply.

All the best!

Thanks for your reply, though I am getting a little frustrated.

All I got on there was a link to send me to a video about Salehoo directory etc.
Nothing about stores???

Finally, I can get it. I thought I was going crazy though it appears the stores account had been not been added to my account in error.

Now I can move ahead.

Cheers :)

Sorry, I hadn't noticed you were online, I just updated my reply above. Please take note that
