Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, our system had added your SaleHoo Stores to your old account. I have now removed it from there and added it to your current account (the one under your company's name/email).
To activate your SaleHoo Stores, login to your SaleHoo account. On the Membersâ€™ homepage, you will see a link to Products in the second red menu at the top of the page. Clicking this Products link will display all your purchases from SaleHoo. Just click the one you want to visit and follow the instructions to activate.
You will then need to "create" your store, but before you can do that it will ask for a domain name. You can choose to buy your domain name from NameCheap or from any service of your choice. Once done then you go back to the said store creation page and fill in your domain name.
The next step after this is to configure your domain to point to the SaleHoo Stores nameservers, you need to contact your registrar (NameCheap?) and request that the domain be pointed to -
NameServer 1: ns1.doubledotmedia.com
NameServer 2: ns2.doubledotmedia.com
To do this, you need to login to your domain registrar account and change the settings under your current nameservers.
Once you have completed this part, I recommend starting with setting up your store's general settings - Link hidden: Login to view
Regarding your question about our 1800 number, I'm not too sure about the answer to it so I have asked our manager about it, I will let you know his feedback as soon as I receive his reply.
