New website - need advice from a website designer esp on SEO

Okay I am not saying anything about any social website but I got a little bored. So I thought I should make a Entertainment Social Network Website. Targeted towards anyone that has talent and liked to be entertained

I bought this one recently and wanted to know what you think. I am hiring video game designers.

I am happy with this website. Trying to make my members as happy as I can.

I'm not sure if I'm missing on something but I don't think you will really need to hire video game designers at all. There are game applications all available from Link hidden: Login to view that you can just add to your network.
