Selling on Craigslist

Is there a way to promote your items listed on Craigslist?

not very well... i ran into upillar.com a couple of weeks ago and am trying it out but havent sold anything to date. it is new and yet to really take off. It has a craigslist feel with a global search instead of by city. looks fun and its free, so what they hey!
