Hello,

I just contact one of the suppliers in your directories and they have accepted to do business with me but they said they cannot grantee the quality of the products. So keeping those things into consideration, isn't safe to do business with them or what does that means.
Moreover, I am looking for long term business with only one suppliers(multiple products with their own warehouse) who can grantee their products quality especially through dropshipping. And I will be selling through my own online store in my country which is going to be first of its kind. And my country still doesn't have any auction site like ebay or amazon.
So please advice me on this matters.
thank you.

There are many things to consider regarding suppliers and particularly with drop shipping, you'll need a supplier that will drop ship to your country. I can't speak to that as I am US based and at present I don't distribute to your country. I imagine with your proximity to China that you can develop some relationships there?

You may want to consider drop shipping to a more developed market, like Ebay in the US. I have many drop ship accounts that are entrepreneurs from all over the world and they are listing and selling quite successfully on Ebay with drop shipping.

I am happy to help with information. Do you have any more questions that I can answer?

Hi Chencho,

Welcome to the forum! There are no guarantees with these suppliers but it's not to say that they're not safe to deal with. SaleHoo suppliers accept a safe form of payment like credit cards or PayPal. Meaning, you can get your money back if anything goes wrong.

Should you wish to sell in your country, you might want to work with these Asia-based dropship suppliers.

You can sell in nearby countries as well as these drop shippers provide international shipping. Just take note on the fees they charge you on international shipping.

All the best!

Hello,

Any supplier listed on any given directory should be able to give you a clear indication of what their product conditions are. It is very important to determine the quality of the products that you're purchasing before you invest.
It is also based on what your demographics is, If you are okay with selling refurbished products because the demand is high for such goods - then by all means, look for distributors that can help you find good condition refurbs that come with warranties.
As a distributor of goods - I can tell you that it is crucial to build relationships on both ends. We truly feel that it is absolutely necessary to really get to know your customer's needs before offering products.
We let our customers know that we stand behind our products 100% for authenticity, being brand new, and directly from the manufacturers in their factory sealed condition.
We have about 10% of our customer base that is in the market for refurbished products that come with warranties but they are all within the US. How these warranties are handled through the manufacturers once the product is in a different country - it's very hard to say.
Keep in mind that when you're doing drop-shipping, there are a lot of costs involved with the transaction. We have found that depending on the level of business you are running, if it is feasible to purchase wholesale - do so. This way you are in control of the inventory that you are buying, shipping costs can vary based on your location and the location of your customers. We have over 700+ 3rd party Amazon sellers that use FBA in the US as well as sell on multiple channels within Amazon.

Not sure if I addressed your question properly - but just some thoughts. Happy Selling. Feel free to reach out and ask questions if you have any.
