What does FOB and FL mean?

Can anyone tell me what FOB and FL stand for?

FOB stands for 'Free On Board'. Indicating 'FOB' means that the seller pays for transportation of the goods to the port of shipment, plus loading costs. The buyer pays freight, insurance, unloading costs and transportation from the arrival port to the final destination

Meaning if you were to buy from me. I pay for the products shipment to my warehouse and you would pay for the shipment from my warehouse to you. If my warehouse is located in FL Florida then the FOB is in Florida
