What is a resellers license and tax ID

Hello.
I have just signed with salehoo and is exited to start my dropshipping business.
First i need answers to some questions:
What is a resellers license and how do i get one? And do i at all need one? And what is tax id?
I live in Norway, and is going to run my business from here. But i intend to sell mostly in America, maybe some countries in Europe.

Hi Are and welcome to the forum

You won't require a Resellers License and you will only require a tax id if you want to deal with a wholesalers. Most dropshippers won't require a tax id, but if they do for whatever reason, just contact them and tell them you aren't located in the US and you should be able to agree on a solution easily enough.
