Hi everyone I just signed up to salehoo :) because I live in New Zealand and I want to sell some items wholesale on Link hidden: Login to view

At the moment I am in the process of selling NFL Jerseys but because of the small market here it is hard to sell many.

My friend sells cufflinks which he found out through salehoo and recommended this page to me.

HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS OF THINGS THAT I CAN BUY WHOLESALE AND SELL IN NEW ZEALAND?? PREFERABLY SMALLER THINGS SO I CAN GET CHEAP SHIPPING

THANKS!!!

hi,

I too am in the same boat as you!! I have been researching the last 2 months online trying to find goods to import for re-selling on trademe, each time I think I find something I can buy at a good price then sell, I look on TM only to find someone else is selling it cheaper than it will cost me!!! making the profits very low. I just don't understand how they are doing it!! were are they getting the products from at that price?!!! Its so frustrating! and there is so much risk involved re: money you could waste trying to get it up and going.

My advice, start with friends and family (which i have just done) find some products that they will be interested in and start there. One thing I found was many friends that wanted quality adult dvds but were afraid of going into the shops to buy them or on trademe!! so I used Link hidden: Login to view its the most recommended site on here, they shipped for a flat rate, and you can really make money on them if you buy the 2.99 movies. I hope you aren't offended by this suggestion!!

Lets stay in touch as I'm sure we could help each other!

For cheap shipping your best option is clothing for these reasons:
- doesn't weigh much
- can get pretty low MOQs to begin with.
- not much can go wrong -unlike electronics
- is pretty popular on TM, especially guys clothing and also womens lingerie (try lingeriemart.com)

Also make sure you are signed up to the TM newsletter which gives you the top 15 search terms for the month (pretty useful when looking into brands)

Hope this helps you a little :)
