Hello everybody, I'm from México, new on Salehoo and in the business of drop shipping. I have a question, could I ask to the drop shipper to mark small parcels as gifts to dodge the custom fees? Is that recomendable? And legal?

thanks so much and sorry for my bad english.

Hello jalopezg,

Welcome to SaleHoo! Sorry but this not an ideal to have your packages labelled as gifts. If your Customs department catches on and figures out that the packages are not really gifts you will be in a lot of trouble and may be even fined. Alt hough many dropshippers especially Asian dropshippers practice this.

You might want to check what is the threshold set by Mexico's Customs for importation to remain duty free.

Hope this helps!
