The only thing is I would suggest you take a better picture. Your picture in my Opinion Sucks. This can definately give the opinion that you could have fakes. If the buyer cant see the goods clearly then they form their own opinion.

My suggestion is you should get several close up pictures of your phones. Maybe even a receipt picture with the price covered. And maybe even a picture of the phone out of the packaging. You can even list in your auction 1 phone was removed for the pictures. You will have a better chance at selling them then.

One thing that makes me worried is your basically a new ebay and your using Paypal.
Also are you considering the fact your asking price. I can bet you top dollar as soon as you complete that transaction. Your paypal account will be frozen and you wont see that money for 6 months and possibly never see it at all. But paypal will expect you to ship the units. Then find some way to hold your money for 6 months or indefinitely.

Im almost certain you will get banned if you cannot produce the units. This happens to new sellers all the time including dropshippers. They dont like drop shippers on ebay or Paypal.

I dont trust them at all with any large sum of money. They tried to steal $24,000 from my paypal account. I would not trust them with anything over $750.00

This auction looks like a disaster in the making. I don't think as a newer ebay member you want to sell $14,000 + of Iphones to a single buyer at one time for a few reasons.

First, like Jimmy says it's almost a guarantee your account will be frozen. That much entering paypal at one time from a new account that doesn't do that volume of sales regularly will be flagged immediately.

Second, dealing with one buyer for 40 Iphones will be pretty risky to you. If you accept a 14,000 payment and the seller chargebacks you or disputes after you send the Iphones you could lose a ton of money very quickly. Try breaking up those 40 and sell them individually or in smaller lots to minimize your risk, and you will acctaully make a lot more money this way and build more trust and positive feedback leading to more sales at a higher price.

3rd, Jimmys right, better pictures, and anything showing those are real.

Please do not take this last comment offensively because I am just trying to help you out. Currently your auction really screams fraud because you are offering an extremely high demand item at an extremely large quantity, on an item that is the target for fraud and counterfeits. Thats not even mentioning you aren't an established seller. Try following the tips gave you in #2 and you will make more money, gain more trust, and have less questions about fraud.

Oh also I didn't even notice...you have 6 lots of 40 available?...thats $86,400 you will be taking into a new paypal account in a very short time...I really can't stress enough what a bad idea this auction is...

Also, I don't know how it would be possible you have the real thing when the Iphone was sold out everywhere I heard, and you are selling it below retail :/.

Yea, I was looking at your auction and I would
try to sell them one at a time. As everyone is saying
Paypal will take notice.

When I clicked on your link I expected to see one being auctioned
but 40 WOW I can't afford that amount. I would consider
buying a lot of (5), but 40 who can afford that?

Hey CCARMAC,

eBay is the last place to list possible overstocks or design inspired iPhones which is what they look like.

If you do expect eBay to immediately remove it and suspend you.

They're not the right venue PERIOD and neither is uBid.

If you want to sell huge bulk orders of iPhones, use a service like Craigslist, classified ads, or ioffer.com and trade them away for a reasonable price.

Stop living in the lie that eBay created for YOU and seize the real world by the reigns-- Registration for these sites is 100% FREE and listing is all free.

And head on over to the new wave of Auctions that is sweeping the world, Bidville.com especially if you obtain a good stock of quality iPhones!!!!!!!

The days of being subservient to some tell-all corporation are OVER, the only thing a place like uBid or eBay has over any of you is traffic that's it. Don't play the game. Get your traffic on your own and feed the spirit of true growing entrepreneurs!!!!!

Remember, if or when you sell anything on some place like eBay it can't be design inspired or anything else as they will attack you. Only good for selling assorted niche items that is their market and always has been.

Yes, i highly suggest u like jimmy says you should stock the those apple iphone in low quantity to reduce risk and kind of auction you are holding is very big because ebay and paypal will take big time notice of it especially with that kind of stock and money, by the way where you have found original apple iphone at a good wholesale price, will you share with us?

This can definately give the opinion that you could have fakes.

I appreciate your well-tiered advice in this Jimmy, but you're not solving that situation.

What you got here is now an open warzone and its every seller for themselves officially. Are you a authorized lawyer? Do you know one who can answer some very important legal questions?

See, it doesn't matter worth a damn anymore if you have a good picture. This is why I am so angry now at these ***** over at eBay, in fact I am now officially seething.

They positively do not care anyway what is in the picture. I had a picture that showed in clean view the official legal papers for the design inspired goods. What did they do? They removed it and nearly suspended the account!!!!!!!!!

Now without question, that has happened again. But not at eBay anymore. eBay and their snakes may have been the start of the absolute bloodbath. But Jimmy, they are now following people to EVERY auction site/paid site I can say with absolute certainty.

These ***** which started at eBay, will literally WAIT AROUND to find a buyer or someone to complain and then get ALL YOUR LISTINGS for designer inspired goods removed simply because they flash a piece of paper saying they're the exclusive rights owner- you have no rights, not even the factory.

The corporation ***** of VERO- the verified owner rights org. is a physical attack dog now. They're trying to destroy people, throw them in prison, PHYSICALLY DESTROY HONEST HARD-WORKING SELLERS!!!!!!!!!!!! eBay was only the start of attacking sellers.

I warn you, they find people to complain about your goods just in order to see it removed and they are a sick bunch of freaks the official 'VERO' program- And I'll say this to anyone standing in the room especially lawyers.

**** THE OUT OF CONTROL VERO!!!!!!!!!!!

We need to FIGHT BACK against VERO and get them to forcefully leave sellers alone because now they have no ethics- they don't care what designer inspired what goods if it is a replica, if it bears any resemblance even if it came straight from their factory- they will pull down your listing and try to shut you down. They tried to forcefully take away hard earned sales of mine.

Those charlatons whom started at eBay are ruthless carnivores, they literally are everywhere so I give a SIMPLE WARNING: If you are selling any goods which could be designer inspired or even appear to be at any time, you could get SUED or attacked by the vicious and decidedly crazy VERO program. iPhones beware!!!

I have an idea for you. register on salehoo as an authorized seller. Ive seen lots of members wanting I-phones at below retail prices. Some ppl here would even contract to buy so many units weekly at a certain agreed price. Forget E-bay. Salehoo has thousands members looking for just such products to resell

I concur that you should become an official wholesaler CCRAD.

Forget eBay. Permanently forget them if possible, those corporate bigots are all ******** and some are downright menacing who are a part of VERO.
