hi everyone
get a load of this BS, i am wondering is it still worth it to try and make money on ebay, when they dictate on how you get paid for your items. Read this crap.

From 21 May you must offer PayPal on all your listings as well as currently permitted payment methods.
From 17 June you will only be able to offer PayPal on your listings and pay on pick up (i.e.paid for when picking up the item).

Pay on pick up can only be offered in conjunction with PayPal. No other payment methods will be permitted.

is it worth another headache from these dicks.
cheers

as well as currently permitted payment methods.
Im pretty sure this means merchant accounts too?

Yeah it sounds to me like ebay is trying to corner the market on some of their international fronts. If they pulled that crap in the USA they would face lawsuits left and right for voilating Anti-Trust Laws.

so jimmy where do us aussie's stand. I see you highlighted a comment from the post but the next line, completly wipes it out. Any advice as to what is going to happen down here, let's face it i thought ebay is world wide and it is but why are there different rules for different countrys. I know the laws are different and to me that's what ebay play on if the law in that country are relaxed than ebay can come in and lay down what ever law it wants to secure more money out of thier sellers there. Totally not impress with all this crap.Does that mean i am no longer aloud to offer my customers bank deposit as a means of payment.
cheers

p.s. maybe jimmy we can all band together from all over the world and tell them what there doing is going to drive sellers away from ebay and on to another competiors auction site that's going to look after there sellers not there pockets.
