It took me some time to set-up my shop online and I've been selling most likely a year already and have not had sales. I incorporated paying adWords and promoting thru social networks but still no sales.

I need guidance and feedback on my website Link hidden: Login to view . Honestly I do not know what else to do!

Thanks

Hi Mayra,

Couple of questions, do you have some sort of analytics to see how much traffic you are generating and are you using sites like eBay for marketing?

Hi

I have a store on ebay and the sales are slow. You could explain what you mean if "using sites like eBay for marketing?" I'm doing promotions on social networks.

I do not know what to do!

Thanks

OK, that link appears to be working now Mayra.

OK, regarding traffic, what sort of numbers are you getting per week currently?

It is very slow, but there is traffic. Given those numbers, you have approx 140-350 hits a week. Based on those numbers, I really don't think it's a traffic problem itself. So despite there being room to increase the flow, I think you currently have enough traffic to be converting sales.

I've looked at your site and although it's not a very exciting site to look at, it's sound enough structurally. So I think the next two key areas to look at are

1. The popularity of your products (the size of your potential market)
2. How competitive are you on price

The are the next two really obvious points I would be checking myself before looking any deeper.

Hi Malva,

Looking at your current platform, and in addition to Mark's pointed areas, you might want to look at the following as well.
(I would say I rounded them up based on priority but theses will provide a tremendous amount of impact to your sales) - Note : These will require great efforts from your side but will ensure profits along the way.

1. Optimize Your Website.

Whenever you're dealing with online business, you have to understand that there are 25 million online sellers doing similar business just like you. Competition is very high and whenever you come across a competitor and ask yourself if you're platform (website) aligns within the modern competition, whenever the answer is no, then you have work to do.

Traffic is your number one priority. It's a by-product of your online presence which converts online buyers, That being said, you have to ask, how well does your "4timestore.com" dragging on online search engine. How's your company being talk-about by people.

2. Social Media

Social Media Marketing is one of the most effective and cost effective ways to promote your business and, enhance the visibility of your brand. Social Media Marketing promotes visibility, brand loyalty, recognition, and can also grow your sales. I'm talking about your own facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. BE SEEN, BE E-VISIBLE.

3. Produce and Distribute Great Quality Content.

Creating and distributing quality content is the best way to gain visibility online. It is one of the most effective marketing strategies to promote your business and create brand recognition online. Creating quality content has become essential to any successful marketing strategy today.

4. Start a Blog

Having a blog can enhance brand visibility and improve your chances of success. In fact, blogging is one of the most effective ways to improve the visibility of your brand online. Blogging greatly improves your search engine rank, establishes validity in your brand and increases reach.

As a final point, when creating an online brand presence, don't attempt to create your online brand like any other brand in the market. Be authentic. If you can be open and honest with yourself about your brand's value, you will be able to authenticate this value when creating your online brand presence.

I hope you find this helpful.
Cheers !
