Is it possible to set up Google Checkout with two different websites?

I am wanting to use eCrater and Addoway to sell my merchandise. I am using Paypal but also would like to use Google Checkcout. I have not figured out how to integrate both my eCrater site and Addoway site with Google Checkout. Is it possible?

Correct me if I am wrong but I think you can only use one Google checkout per website. So again, if I am correct you would have to open two separate Google checkouts.

If anyone knows better please chime in.
