Hi guys I have just launched my online store and I have started a campaign with Facebook. I have started off at $5.00 a day for 2 weeks just to test the water. I have set up the campaign using PPC (pay per click), I have looked at the progress which is only 6 hours old. I have 169 people reached but 0 clicks to my site. Is there something else I need to be doing for customers to actually go to my site? I need to know which products work and which don't.

Thank You

Hi Gaetano,

Using the right keywords is vital to PPC advertising. The last part of this blog on Google's PPC ad may give you an idea on which best keywords to use for your PPC campaign:

Hope this helps.

Hi Rhea
Thank you for your response but it was meant to say website clicks. Maybe they are the same thing not sure.

Thank you

Hi Nino,

I don't have any personal experience with paid Facebook advertising, but my best guess is that your ad isn't target specific. So even though it may be seen, if it's not seen by the right audience, then the chances are it won't be encouraging anyone to click.
