I am new to this site and would like an honest answer from everyone / anyone before I spend the next week here doing research.

I have been living off my Ebay business for over 3 years, but now I want to expanded into other areas on Ebay.

Question: Has anyone actually hooked up with a company after using this service and now have an on going profit return on Ebay ??

Well the answer to your question even though nobody has bothers to reply to you post is yes. Many have found suppliers from either Myself or other members and from the salehoo directory. Most of the suppliers we recommend are already listed in the directory but some cant seem to find them. Or are just too lazy to search the directory lol.

But yes many members are generating a steady income from suppliers they have found here.

I'll throw in my 2 cents worth.

While I haven't yet started trading, I have found the sources on Salehoo that I was looking for. In all honesty I had already researched two of the four that I have found on here, but one that I was not aware of has turned out to be the key supplier that I have been looking for.

Personally, I think the forums here are value in themselves. It's good to part of a community that shares their knowledge like this, it's been helpful to me without a doubt.

I guess most people on here are limiting their money making potential by relating everything back to ebay. I have made more money from buying on ebay and selling through other avenues than I believe that I have a realistic chance of making by selling through ebay.

If there is a quick and easy way to make a buck, then I haven't found the secret yet, but making money from the sources located here is not dificult if you want to explore all the retail options, not just ebay!

There are plenty out there that you can use to make money. The key is finding the niche products to sell, not the oversatured ones.

Persistence, persistence, persistence
The world is full of those who want to make money in their own business, and those who want to quit their jobs and work for themselves, and those who want to buy their dream home or car. The problem is that most people are not willing go the distance to make these desires a reality.

We have been told by every motivational speaker that 'Winners never quit and quitters never win'. It does not matter how big or small your dream may be, dreams take time to become a reality. You have to pay the cost to drive like the boss.

Those looking for the quick fix to riches will find themselves buying into every business opportunity on the internet because they don't believe that the previous opportunity they ordered works.

The true fact is that 75% of the business opportunities selling on the internet do in in fact work! The problem is with not the opportunity, but the lack of tenacity within the person to whom it was introduced.

I am so disappointed when someone buys into our Suppliers access and then a few days later ask for their money back. They have simply said to themselves, 'It had been 10 days since I ordered this access and it is not working, so I give up.' They have not attempted to do business with a single supplier, nor have they made any attempt to prepare their business to make money. These are not real people these are just 'wannabees'. They 'wannabe' but they don't 'wannado'

The one ingredient that is missing from every business opportunity is not one that we can provide. That missing ingredient to your success is something you must add everyday, and that is persistence, persistence persistence.

This means that you have in your hands the right tools and the know how, but it will not bring you the prosperity you want without persistence.

Persistence means that you know this will work so you do not ever give up. Do not ever let go of the tools that can transform your future forever because if you do not stick with something then you will always be controlled by others.

If you want to live where you want, work when you want to, drive whatever you want, and make whatever you want then start with something that that makes sense and then make it work!

Persistence also means that things will not fall into place all the time, and when things get out of control, you must remain in control.

These challenges come to test the real person within you. They make you pay for all the luxury you will be able to afford in the future. It also makes you prove that you are worthy all of the blessings that this prosperity will bring to you; and if you give up then you have proved as many others have, that you can only desire but never obtain. So then go back to your broke job, work for the beans they are paying you and let your company's owners live out your dreams at your expense!

Interesting comments my friend, and I can assure you I am not a quitter when it comes to business.

My problem is in the Motorcycle industry in which I am currently trading, most companies see Ebay as a road to ruin, not as the golden opportunity it is. Only a few have I been able to convince that their prices will not be driven down if they let me have sole distribution on Ebay. They set the price, they control which items they want to sell, they get a bite of both cherrys.

An Ebay sale for the most part is an impulse purchase, not simply a lost Retail Sale. No other retail outlet will catch 'Johnny Bordem' at 1am with a couple of drinks inside him.

This is the reason I am now trying to look for other items with a niche to sell, and so far have been provided with nothing but rubbish links to chinese manufacturers who want up front purchases in the tens of thousands of dollars, and mostly in markets where cheap rip offs are saturated on Ebay. Hence my question about this site before I wasted hundreds of more hours on another washout.

I notice for instance, when folllowing the link on your sig, that you obviously have not found that golden supplier, as you sell the info, not the products. I bought an eBook very similarly advertised as yours, which was useless.

I ask this question, if your book has such valuable information, why are you selling the info instaed of using it. There is no way you can make more money from the book than selling the Branded Wholesale items themselves. If I had found this info I would keep it very close to my chest until I had made a few million from it, then sell the whole business and call it a day.

I tried the eBook route and Google Ad Words route, and nothing is better than cold hard goods to sell, with a decent mark up in a niche market. The problem is finding them - Full Stop.

Wez Carnell.

PS: If you really are a brilliant negotiator, I will pay you commission on every sale of 'Branded' motorcycle upgrade parts that you can convince a supplier to sell to me.

Hey Wez. I understand your problem with the vendors not wanting to sell you parts for resell on ebay as I had to stop selling several lines of good because the vendors were claiming that it would hurt sales in their retail stores...

This is just a thought that you might want to bring to their attention. I was selling a popular line of cosmetics at one time, sold only through their boutique. Problem was that not everytown has a boutique. Most of my customers said that if they wanted the product they had to go to the nearest town that had a store and most did not wish to drive several hours to buy makeup.

And its that way with alot of branded goods. But the retail owners don't want to admit it..I'm sure that not everyone who is looking for your motorcycle parts has a place near by that they can get what they need. Allowing you to sell to that target group would not hurt retail chain prices, since those folks would not be able to buy from them anyway...

Just thought you might want to toss that at those suppliers...most of them probably have not considered that ebay sales could reach that market group...
