Hello,

I have two suppliers on my site. Can someone tell me how I would explain to a customer, if they purchase one product from one and another product from another how do I tell them that their package will come at different times and not in the same package either?

Thank you!
Kirsten

exactly that, or even just state that both items are kept in different wharehouses

I mainly deal with 2 dropshippers but have never had a problem before like that.

Hi Kirsty,

Good question. First of all, as a drop shipper, I don't think that you have anything to hide from your buyers. I agree with what you and TopSales have already mentioned: Just say that the products will be shipped directly from your supplier and will arrive separately.

As long as the items arrive when you say they will and meet their expectations, buyers don't really care where or who the item came from and they won't ask any questions.

If they do need any further reassurance, you can tell them that you have good relationships with your suppliers and that you use the same shipping method all the time.

Just to add, stating where your products will ship from or mentioning their country of origin in your listing usually makes things a lot simpler.

When you do it and provided your customer is satisfied with the information you provided in your description, then they won't need to ask any questions at all.

Cheers :)

Thank you. Also if one of my dropshippers are shipped from US and high quality product and are priced higher than the ones from China and are priced lower.....I want to be competitive but wondering how it looks to have some products priced high (cuz of the MAP) and some are priced low as they are lower quality.....I dont want people coming and if they do purchase only purchase the cheaper ones cuz of the price.....does it look better to have them priced somewhat similar?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi Kirsten,

How your customers will buy from your store is beyond your control, regardless of how uniform or erratic your prices are, as long as your listings are well written then you are bound to get a sale!

It's also good to be able to offer your customers a wide variety of choices of products as well as prices so I think pricing your products as they should be is fine so long as you're not selling the same item from 2 suppliers offering that same product at 2 different prices.

Hope this helps :)
