Hello,

I am starting a new venture. My buddy can fix broken xboxs, so we want to buy broken ones and fix them up and resell them on eBay. Anyone see any red flags right off the bat? My friend is studying electrical engineering and has fixed many xboxs so far, so we're set in that department. What do you guys think?

Yep, it's a winner if you can source at the right price and fix them cost effectively. You might want to PM raiderjake, he was doing much the same with PS2 units at one time.

Not sure if he was just selling parts or rebuilding, nut I'm sure he'll have some good advice he can share.

Do you know any suppliers other than liquidation.com?

Used to be able to source them by the pallet, but no longer have the contract unfortunately, so I have no source ideas apart from liquidation.com at the moment.

Hi, you may want to check the same source you plan to sell them on.. ebay under wholesale lots .I regularly see alot of salvage items in different categories.
