Hi there, just to warn you of this company I placed a order with them on the 21/6/2010. No delivery so contacted them and got no reply tried to phone - no answer; sent several more email but not one reply. At least I paid with PayPal so hope I can get it back but I think if I am right I will have to wait the 30 days before you can raise a dispute. I would have thought that if they took PayPal, they would be OK but it looks like they have a very poor customer service and would advise anyone else to keep well away.

Has anyone else dealt with them in the past?

Thanks for sharing that jj8565,

The bonus is that you did pay with PayPal, and I would suggest filing a dispute against the transaction straight away, this is usually enough to bring them to the negotiating table if they are genuine, just with shocking customers service.

Worst case scenario you will need to file a claim (which is different to a dispute) Claims need to be filed within 45 days of the transaction taking place or you will loose your right to claim at all.

File the dispute now, get the ball rolling and show them you mean business.

this is the email that i finaly got from this company they said they sent me several emails the only e mail i got was to confirm my order
that was it anyway here is the email i got from them not very nice
the email i sent was not nasty it was to the point and told them what i was going to do with regaurds paypal

i have used this wholesaler quite a few times, as it says in there terms you must sign up to myus.com to give you a verified account for delivery.

this however does not excuse the way they have treated a potential customer.

personally john i would just bite the bullet and if they have something you want re order.

in future as there customer service was bad no even a reply to my emails until payal got involved do you no of any others that i could use that you have used in the past and have been very good thanks jj8565

I will make a separate topic on this but I do want to add to the OP's post.

I am yet to find out if 247 Wholesale is a scam for sure, but I do know that so far their customer service is sub-par to say the least:

• E-mail - once the order is place they do not respond
•
• Phone - 877-247 wholesale number works 1 in 7 days, you will be lucky to get through to an answering machine, more often then not you only hear static
• Website - is out-of-date, you can almost never get the items you see listed
• Invoices - the number on the invoice was different from the number I was actually charged
• Disclaimer - they mail you a disclaimer that basically states that everything they told you over the phone, wrote to you in an e-mail, sent to you as an invoice is not legally binding and does not matter. • Location: address listed on their site does not match up with the business listed in that building.
• UPS tracking number - I was told I will receive the number the next day after my order - to day I have not received a single e-mail, including the e-mail with my tracking number.

Basically they go dark on you after they have your money, I would be very cautious when considering doing business with this so-called “verified” supplier.

That company should not be listed on this site, they are less-then-credible.
