This is my feedback for Banggood.

There is nothing to show how much product they really have shipping well. Let's just say your customers maybe waiting a month to get their product.

You can't copy and paste since you must export and unzip the file but when you try to put in description, there is no way to get the images to put on you web page.

what"s more,After you download the CSV which has our product picture url,after you change the format , then you can uplaod them, many of our customers who sell on eBay can upload our products to their eBay shop ,and they did not feedback any problem about this question .

Hello!!
So finally I have decided to move from drop shipping to wholesale purchase from banggood as their products seems to be authentic and original.So I contact the wholesale agents many time and their response to my query is very late and delay. And moreover, I asked the invoice and your invoice for wholesale purchase is without invoice number. Thus now I am not sure whether I will get the same products that I usually used to get through my drop shipping as agents are keep on changing or transferring to one another.
Until now I am 100% satisfied through drop shipping customer service and their products. wholesale member feedback is required to carry out my wholesale deal with them.

but you still can't list nothing on my ebay store i have tried so many different way and still it doesn't come out right no images no description i would rather copy and paste easier than asking for some screenshot

i'm not talented in that dept

there is no way to change anything copy and paste your description is way better and as far as your images that i can change on ebay anything else can't do

I have used Banggood.com as a supplier for some months. It is one of the suppliers I was slowly expanding my product line to include more until they choose not to stand behind a defective UP Air quadcopter. My customer asked for a working replacement and an address to send the one back. Banggod asked for a video which was sent and clearly shows unit not working. Banggod has dragged their feet on this and now I am refunding my customer (in Greece), paying for shipping to USA to me and left by Bangggod to file a dispute with PayPal rather than them offering a refund on this item. I told them I would send it back but get the same responses over and over like they do not fully understand (although I know they do).

It seems they do not like to stand behind their products and I would be very careful buying larger or more expensive items from them. If something goes wrong they do not stand behind it.

I am wondering now if I should buy from them t all...


I had another product sent that was to be sent to Peru that had no tracking so we waited 35 days or more now. We are told by Banggood it should show up next week. Which week? Two other smaller products had defects which I refunded to customer without even asking for help from Banggood but this expensive item it too much!

I find there prices are kinda high and shipping is just as much, so how can you make any profit and as an ebay seller, I can't makes my customers wait 20 days for their product.

Well the response from May 21 about a refund once verified (which video plainly showed) in not true. I have had more costs and delays and am currently out over $450 for that one item. The contact is more and more delays.

Below is more.

Worse yet is when Banggod sends out the incorrect product (a color not seen anywhere in ads) from the US warehouse and deny that it could be theirs since they responded with pictures from the US warehouse. (Does that make sense?)

For a couple weeks now they have been going back and forth, first with half off offer but me customer is now disappointed and wants to return the item for a full refund. Now Banggood thinks I should pay for shipping to China no less which is their way of saying you ar egoing to pay more on shipping than the 20 some dollars on the product.

The only product that Banggood had serviced for me (refund) is a $5 item. In another case they have been dragging out for over two months now I am out $450 on a defective quadcopter. Not sure how that will go yet as they are waiting for another update to return shipping which ended 2 weeks ago within a hour or two flight distance from the destination.

Banggoods customer service is to delay and delay hopeing you will go away or it will cost you more than the product. I am only a small customer on Banggood with about $4500 in purchases of many smaller products but I would think they would want to give me a little customer service.

Oh BTW all response are usually 24 to 48 hours after you email them but it is always please wait ten more days or something like that!.

Good Luck Mark,

The issues with Banggood keep slowly building. One I never mentioned that all drop shippers need to be aware of is that they change their prices without notice especially on popular items so you will end up losing money to sell their items without checking.

Beware drop shippers of Banggood. You will think things are going smoothly and than BANG and they do it GOOD. :)

They got their way and I settled for half of the Product so now I have a product my customer does not want, I do not want and Banggood obviously does not want since they insisted on China to return to (was purchased from Ontario California warehouse) which would have cost more than the product.

They drag things out to see how they can wear you down. Now I have another product that has not arrived to my customer which I paid for 6-9 business days shipping. It has been three weeks and the tracking shows it reach San Francisco and than nothing. Tracking is only as good as the people scanning it.

That a most unsatisfactory result and I'm actually quick surprised that it has unfolded like this. They have always been one of our better suppliuers for quite some time and always very resposnive here on the forum as well, but there certianly seems to have been a shift from the usual. We're still going to follow up on your behalf in an effort to find out what is going on and to work on getting you a better resolution.

Shane is working on that now, so you will hear from her as soon as she has further for you.

I signed up for the drop shipping with Banggood, here's my experience with them on my first order, I listed an item on Ebay from their USA Direct warehouse and the item was $10.89 + $4.56 shipping = $15.45 and would be shipped within 24 hours. This was on Saturday and it sold Sunday so I went to order the item and it was not on their USA Direct warehouse site. I had to go to their China warehouse and the item was $20.20 which is $9.31 more than the USA warehouse price so that was a loss and it can take up to 20 days to get to the US address of my customer but I had to order it from there to get the product to my customer.
So I go to check on the order to see if it was shipped yet (they stated on website to be shipped out within 24 hours) which it wasn't and to my surprise the payment was not confirmed as it was on Sunday which was paid through Paypal and was confirmed on Banggood's site on Sunday , So I did a live chat with one of the Banggood reps (#1) and she told me that was the norm? that it would be shipped within 24 hours (this is what they stated in the items ad but so far it has yet to be shipped).

Well they said they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number, so after 24 hours I tried to check the tracking number they gave me and I could not find any information on the shipment ( tracking number or carrier) so I went and had a live chat again(#2) and this Banggood Rep told me that it was sent by China Post with standard shipping but with China Post standard shipping that you don't get a tracking number for this type of shipping. So why did they give me a fake tracking number????

Well the Item never came so I had to file a case with Paypal to get my money back after 60 days!

My experience comes down to this.

1. Didn't ship the item in the stated time
2. Gave me a tracking number that doesn't work but on website and it says it's being tracked.
(can’t find any tracking information with number they gave me / VERY Shady!).
3. Took a loss on the very first order.
4. Had to file “Item not Received” case with Paypal – Never got the item! They didn’t even respond to Paypal case I filed!! And I won the Paypal case.
5. Had a 100% feedback rating on Ebay until I messed with these people and customer never got item and gave bad feedback – THANKS BANGGOOD!!!

Bottom line, they come on here and act like they care and have great customer service but as soon as you buy from them they don’t care and will tell you anything when you talk to the customer rep like they did with me by giving me a fake tracking number that didn’t even exist! VERY SHADY!!!

If you sell on other venues besides Ebay this may be a good fit for you but for selling on Ebay I would not personally recommend BangGood.

You have to understand that sometimes US warehouse is out of stock for some items therefore i suggest that you buy some products from Banggood China, wait 20 days for delivery, and stock items so they are ready for a quick delivery from your ebay store.
When you sold this item and saw that it is not in US warehouse you should apologize to your customer and immediately refund $15.45, simple as that

Not recommended, They can offer cheap items. But shipping, support services are very poor.
I had a dropship on banggood for 1 month. Customers have reflected that they receive used products, damaged products. But when asked to return the item. they only accept a partial refund. Do not accept returns.
All requests must be sent via email. it may take up to 3 days to receive a reply.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Banggood. I've contacted this supplier with regards to your concern. Let's wait for them to respond on this thread. Otherwise if I hear anything from them, I'll keep you posted.
