what"s more,After you download the CSV which has our product picture url,after you change the format , then you can uplaod them, many of our customers who sell on eBay can upload our products to their eBay shop ,and they did not feedback any problem about this question .

I had another product sent that was to be sent to Peru that had no tracking so we waited 35 days or more now. We are told by Banggood it should show up next week. Which week? Two other smaller products had defects which I refunded to customer without even asking for help from Banggood but this expensive item it too much!

Well they said they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number, so after 24 hours I tried to check the tracking number they gave me and I could not find any information on the shipment ( tracking number or carrier) so I went and had a live chat again(#2) and this Banggood Rep told me that it was sent by China Post with standard shipping but with China Post standard shipping that you don't get a tracking number for this type of shipping. So why did they give me a fake tracking number????
Well the Item never came so I had to file a case with Paypal to get my money back after 60 days!
My experience comes down to this.
1. Didn't ship the item in the stated time
2. Gave me a tracking number that doesn't work but on website and it says it's being tracked.
(can’t find any tracking information with number they gave me / VERY Shady!).
3. Took a loss on the very first order.
4. Had to file “Item not Received” case with Paypal – Never got the item! They didn’t even respond to Paypal case I filed!! And I won the Paypal case.
5. Had a 100% feedback rating on Ebay until I messed with these people and customer never got item and gave bad feedback – THANKS BANGGOOD!!!
Bottom line, they come on here and act like they care and have great customer service but as soon as you buy from them they don’t care and will tell you anything when you talk to the customer rep like they did with me by giving me a fake tracking number that didn’t even exist! VERY SHADY!!!
If you sell on other venues besides Ebay this may be a good fit for you but for selling on Ebay I would not personally recommend BangGood.

I had a dropship on banggood for 1 month. Customers have reflected that they receive used products, damaged products. But when asked to return the item. they only accept a partial refund. Do not accept returns.
All requests must be sent via email. it may take up to 3 days to receive a reply.
