My name is Sergio, and I'm in Brazil. I am looking for products to sell in the Brazilian market by internet, but do not know where to start.
What products would be best to start a business?
I'm thinking of selling accessories for video games, but I have noticed that many competitors and I have no qualification in the Free Market.
Goataria some tips to get started.
Thanks and sorry my English.

Hi Sergio,

To tell you honestly, almost everyone is asking the same question but there is no specific correct answer to give, as the market is constantly evolving, changing. What to sell will greatly depend on your location (or location you want to cater to), the preferences of your customers in your market, the latest trends, the competition and of course the demand. A bit of market research might help you choose which products to sell. Also you have to remember that how you sell is just as important as what you sell. SaleHoo members are given access to downloanable PDF guides that helps them decide what products to sell and which niche market to work on. Link hidden: Login to view :)

Another thing you might want to check is your own shopping list, things you want to buy for yourself may just be the things other people are looking for as well.

Or look through print media - magazines, newspapers and even TV commercials if you see a product being repeatedly endorsed then you've found yourself a trend! Which could be a very viable market.

Hope this helps!

Hi Sergio,

Irene has covered this question really well for you, and just to highlight some of what she has said. Being there yourself, you are in the best position of all to do the research required for the Brazilian market.

Follow through on Irene's suggestions and I'm sure you will be heading in the right direction, but it takes a lot of research to get it right.

Hello Sergio,

To be honest we know very little about the Brazilian market especially with the language barrier it would be hard for us to truly explore it enough to be able to accurately tell you that this product will sell or not. Like Irene and Marc mentioned you have the market at your hands and are in the best position to check on your possible options.

To further hep you in your niche hunting, I think you will find Alice's latest blog, Link hidden: Login to view helpful.

Happy hunting! Cheers!
