They have made a fantastic deal with me but they only accept T/T by bank as a payment.

Has anyone used them or know of them should I trust them ?

I could not find anything bad listed about them on google or yahoo, even though they are heavily listed on both..They do have some mentions on t-book (a trade review site) and also B2B has them listed as a reputable electronics manufacturing company..

They were listed as being at the china world trade fair. and are also listed and reviewed by Global Sources..

Keep in mind that their website is new and that they are mainly in the business of producing non brand electronics, (mainly baby monitors, which is their biggest claim to fame)also car cameras, video cams, security camera systems, and things of that nature...

Especially be careful of doing ANY wire transfers. If you are insterested, I would contact on of their sales reps, they have listed and talk with them first and arrange for a sample of the product before deciding to make any kind of purchase. If this works well then make a decision..The people who you need to contact would be the manufactoring company (gospell)

Many thanks for your help. I have spoken to the sales manager and he seems quite ok.

I notice on Alibab.com they are listed as having the Trustpass and the Golden supplier certificates for the last 2 years. I believe this means that they have been fully checked out am I correct ?

I still worry about the T/T as payment and nothing else but then I suppose there are alot of legit companies in China who only accept this method as payment ?

I would like to make the deal with them but the deal I want means I would have to buy 100 of there product to make a good profit so we are talking a few thousand dollars.

What steps after I ask for a sample should I take to play this safe ? Sorry about all the questions I am new to all this and dont want to end up being in a great mess as I havent got the money to lose.

Kind Regards

Trustpast is a paid membership and also a rating system. Look to see how many successful transactions the company has had. It will be listed under their name.

Before I made a deal for 100 items, I would talk to one of their reps and ask to buy just one sample and see how that goes. Also buy doing that you can check the quality of the item..

I would go to both sites, goscam and gospell and look under the contact info. You will see some phone numbers and email addys for the contact persons. Call in person if possible and talk with them telling them your intentions of doing business with them and your concerns..If you cannot call, then email and see what type of response you get from them..

There are alot of scam sellers listed on alibaba so you have to do your homework. I have used several sellers from the alibaba network but only used the ones that accepted paypal and sold me samples to check out first..

Buying 100 units with out getting at least one sample is a lot of money to risk without getting a sample order first...Also you want to know what type of shipping they offer and inquire as to tracking and delivery info..

Another thing you can do is to contact the main manufactor, (gospell) and ask for a list of their distributors as they may have some that accept paypal....
