ebay as a supplier

I wanted to know if I can contact ebay sellers from ebay.com and ask them to sell me in large quantities by ebay laws?
is that forbidden?

i have contacted ebayers about buying bulk from them, i don't think your suppose to ask them to sell off of ebay. just ask them if they can sell you large quantities and they might prefer to sell off of ebay to save them on fees. just my thoughts, you might want to wait to see if someone here knows for sure im somewhat new on ebay myself.
what is that you cant find here?
