eBay seller copies items I sell, and sells it at a low price

I am writing here because I do not know what else to do. Another dropshipper on eBay is constantly following what I sell, and as I soon as I sell it he copies it and put lower price. Already took more than 30 selling products. eBay does nothing! Any suggestions? Thank you.

Can you just calrify that for me, do you mean your own dropship supplier is doing this to you or some other seller?
