Don't buy from Eurostarjewelry! I placed an order with them for a customer of mine - yes that was my first mistake. Purchasing from an unknown company for a new customer, but since they appeared on this site as a drop shipper, I figured they were legitimate. I then placed an order for myself, to see what their product looked like. After 1 week of the order still showing in their system as not processed, I contacted them. First by email, waited a few days, but no response. Then, I contacted them at another email address, still no response. I then contacted them on every communication avenue they provided. Still nothing, so I filed a claim with Paypal. A few days later, they contacted me and apologized; stating they have some personal problems in their shipping department. So I closed my paypal claim (second mistake), they assured me my product was on it's way, but providing me with tracking numbers. I waited yet another week (at this time 3 weeks had passed, since I placed the orders), I contacted them again, no answer yet again! Finally after a month my order shows up, but it's not the right item, and my customer still hasn't received his shipment. Now I have to refund my customer the money, and do with out. Paypal will not allow me to reopen the claim (once it's closed it's done), Eurostarjewelry won't return any of my emails or phone calls. I placed a notice with Salehoo, explaining my dilemma; not that they can do anything. I just don't want anyone else to loose their money, or loose customer from the poor business practice this company shows.

Thanks for letting us know. If you wouldn't mind posting a review in the suppliers section, that would be helpful to other members.
I am sorry to hear about your situation.

I would suggest on any future orders, to build a communication line with the supplier first. Exchange some emails and perhaps a call.

Yes, not good news at all unfortunately, although you did make one sale before testing the water, it could have been worse!

Always smart to dip your own toe in the water when dealing with a third party in this area, and has Planes has suggested, establishing good open communication.

Before I do business with any webiste there are two things I always check first;

1. Ensure there is another means of contact other than just email. Two problems with email only contact, emails don't always end up where they are supposed to, and they can easily be ignored by some when the going gets a little rough!

If you have an issue you need to resolve you really need to ensure there is access to effective open communication.

2. Test the response of the customer service using all the contact methods to pose questions.

If they are slow to respond regarding a potential sale, you can imagine how slow they will be to respond when there is an issue you are trying to resolve!

As planes has suggested above, would be great if you could leave that feedback in the suppliers profile, that will serve notice to all future members thinking of using the service.

Actually, I did leave a response under the suppliers profile, and register a complaint. It's not showing yet, but I'm sure they will review it soon. Thank you for the information, I will keep it in mind the next time I try a new supplier.

Have a great weekend!
