Freshbeak - feedback needed

Anyone have experience with Freshbeak? They are listed in the directory under grocery.

I went over to their site and paid the $120 dropshipper fee. They sent me a link to get the CSV, but I don't have any other info on them. They don't even have a phone number on the website. Even worse, after I paid, I discovered that their BBB rating is a D.

I'm a bit leery about this one.

Have you tried contacting them via email for assistance on how to proceed after getting the CSV file?

We have not received any complaints from other SaleHoo members about this company, but will definitely look into their BBB rating.
