It's a bit difficult to tell how reliable they really are as a supplier. The reviews about them are quite a mix, some gave positive feedbacks and others said they're a scam. In case you want to read what others had to say about them, here are a couple of links:

They seem to be a drop shipper seeing that a lot have said they received their orders from either Singapore or China even if DinoDirect is located in California, USA. They have been online for a little over a year but their site registration will expire this year as well.

I guess this time, the only way you'll find out is by doing a test buy from them. Like you said in one of your posts 'get your feet wet' (or something like that). They have a handful of really cheap products, so maybe you can start with one of those - that is if you decide to use this supplier.

sorry to stick my nose in so late,
I just want to say that this is the worse place i ever shopped at.
They are not scam but they are aweful !!!!!!

i started selling their stuff on ebay and they were selling well... i was selling atleast 10 a week and i got excited... until i realized they are full of shit.

First issue is, they say they ship within 5 days. 1 out of 30 orders they shipped within 5 days. the rest were all shipped atleast 12 days after.

In some cases my customers wanted express delivery and we paid 20$+ to get it express and before i even made the order i used to speak to them and ask them if they guarantee to send it within specific time and they yes offcourse and i trust them and put my order.. and 10 - 12 days after the product is not even shipped yet and my customers go nuts.

Another issue is, they make generic brands and with these generic brands they make copied shoes and they sell them, then i try to sell them on ebay and BANG my lists are deleted for violating and trademark issues, and one more issue was for stealing a picture from some company when really i just used the dino direct ones

Another issue is, the products are totally not as in pictures and as described. I already copped 2 negative feedback on ebay because of that.

I find this company very weird. they give you good customer service and they give you refunds if you need and they help you to the max but they full of lies. Like why would they treat a customer that spends every week in their shop atleast 400 - 500$ i dont get it... if i had a shop and i have a customer that order that amount a week ill grab him so tight and deliver his products before anyone else...

anyway lesson learned and i deleted all my items of ebay because customers harrased me big time
