Sorry but I wasn't able to locate any solid proof that this supplier is reliable. There are no feedback online, even if the site has been existing since 2005.
Hopefully we can hear from others who might have used the site. Just keep in mind not to send cash using Western Union, there will be no way for you to get your money back once sent. :(
