SO I paid him through PAYPAL for 600 $.

After paid him, I learned to check his paypal history, his account is only 3 days old, and realized that I was scammed.

Since you are amateur to paypal, I will be nice to let you know, I can file chargeback against you from my credit card within 45 days payment. It will involve all legal service, credit card company and paypal. I suggest you study paypal user agreement from help.
chargeback will definitely screw up your credit record, may involve legal enforcement.
It was very unwise to mess up with paypal, paypal is not simply a bank or payment service, it has legal service involved, not mention it has all your identity and finicial information.
I give you 10 days to respond me, either return money or send products. Otherwise, I will file chargeback.
Please study hard before you act.

This was my first buy payment using paypal, unfortunately, I paid with paypal's default option- funding with paypal account, not with credit card. So I can not file chargeback from credit card company. Also I have no way to find out this guy's identity.

I posted this email chain here is to remind people:
1) Do not trust any wholelist,
2) Do not fund with your paypal account; always fund from your credit card thru paypal.
3) Check recipient's paypal reputation (# verified buyers) before pay them. Those who have 0 buyers or paypal history is couple of days are scammers.
