But I think I should share with the people here that it is very unproffesional the way lingeriemart works.
First of all, they acknowledge they have received my emails but they dont respond to it? I am trying to imagine how does that work for a company?
I have paid for my item so I am a customer.
Secondly, my order was done from Europe and not from Africa as they thought it was which should not matter in the first place (I was shocked to read they dont know the difference between Africa and Europe)! Even if an order is done through Africa does it mean they dont have to respond to it? Very confused here... So it it is ok to receive payment from anywhere but there is a selection on the countries they would follow up on?
In Europe I could report this and this would have very bad consequences for the company (actually I will still check if there is a law about that in international trading).
This is what their website quote:
"Lingerie Mart has been shipping international since 1997. We are the experienced experts in shipping abroad. We process and will provide all required invoicing and documents required by each country as this saves you money verses hiring an outside agent or broker at your destination"
I dont know what the companies value is based on but I would like to hear from someone who has ordered from lingeriemart and is based in another part of the world.
