Fantastic supplier. My ex-wife and I ran two retail stores stocked almost 100% from Lingerie Mart.

Atlanta is sort of a hotbed for clothing wholesalers for some reason -- there's a huge wholesale market there; if you are dealing in lingerie and ladies' general apparel you could do a lot worse than book a plane ticket to ATL and visit them. (Link hidden: Login to view)

I myself have purchased over 3k in products from them. They have great high quality stuff. The brand name bikinis are very profitable.

I dont think they do single item dropshipping as they have minimum orders.

their sister retail site ships a single item but only if you are living in the US even though they claim to ship internationally but once an item is paid you dont hear from them anymore...

I think it is better to share my experience before someone else "burns his fingers" too

Do you mean to say, they still have not contacted you about the shipping arrangements, even after I had called them a couple of weeks ago?

They mentioned that we will contact you will all the details needed to ship your order. Maybe you should give them a call so you can settle it directly with them and have the entire issue resolved before you put the phone down.

Really sorry to hear that its still not working out as it should.

I used them and even though they have great deals which I love to buy ore there customer service sucks I bought some items it took 3 emails withs the promise of telling my bank they are frauds to finally get a reply from the CEO just saying it takes 10 days before they tell you how much it will cost for postage so they actually take your money, so far it's been 3 an half weeks and they have finally said that my parcel is sent. They give you 3 options to send your parcels which is great anywhere from 2-3 weeks to - couple of days if your in Australia so I hope your not in a rush. I would love to buy more things but you can't even log into there website to reorder and so far I've sent another 3 emails to them to see why but still awaiting reply. Maybe they prefer customers in America but I've found them to be the worst people I've dealt with so far which is a shame I would love to buy more products off them. I'm going to get a friend to buy within America and see if it is any different. Hope this helps. Oh they featured this seller on here that is why I picked them I don't know why they gave them rave reviews because if I'm having problems there would have been other who would have too. But no doubt everyone will jump on the band wagon saying how great they are.

Well, I had a very bad experience with them.
When ordered an item to check them out first of all they never got back to me. My item was already paid so I was waiting for them to inform me about the shipping costs. For some reason they send that afterwards which I think it is not ok, you should know upfront how much it would cost you in total before you pay for an item and then they charge the shipping on your cards afterwards without informing how much it is. I think the problem with them are the non-US customers. Apparently they dont diserve any customer service if they are overseas eventhough it is more important to rely on email replies because you cant spent additional cost for international calls and the fact that if you are in a different zone is not really helping either. In the end after 3 months and many many emails without a response I have received an item which did not correspond at the discription and they charged almost 30 dollars in shipping on my card without informing me. Turned out to be a very expensive item and then I am not mentioned the time, the effort and the frustration that went with it.
I wouldNOT recommend them at all!

What I want to know is why salehoo featured them as a reliable dealer when it's obvious they aren't, I thought salehoo were suppose to check them out for all there clients not just the ones in America

Maybe because they are a reliable dealer, with years and years of experience to back up the claim? They have an F rating with the BBB and a few complaints on RipOffReport too. I think it's a shame, and that they should be more proactive in managing their reputation (particularly by not letting some customers slip through the cracks, as they seem to have done here and there) but the larger a company is, and the longer it has been in business, the easier it is to find at least one person who is dissatisfied with that company. It's disingenuous to assert that because you personally found your experience lacking, that the whole operation is obviously a sham. I could probably find 100,000 people who feel the same way about Wal-Mart, but it isn't going to change the fact that Wal-Mart's a good place to grab a few things I need around the house.

I work with multi billion dollar companies everyday taking money and not replying to emails is not good business but last time I looked here it said forum and I was giving MY opinion of this company. I didnt say they were fraudsters but I did say I would lodge a complaint with my bank as a fraudulant dealer lets face it do you give people your money and just hope they send you your products.

As I said in my original post there will always be people saying how wonderful some company is when there is bad reviews that is what a forum is for to share experiences with shoddy dealers. I did say I would love to buy more stuff but F rating and the like really mean nothing when your spending your money and not getting what you pay for. Once your cash is gone its gone its very hard to get it back again as many have found out the hard way.

They might have a great reputation out there but could anyone outside the US share their positive experience with us?

Sources like salehoo are very important if thats the main source you get the information from if you want to deal with a company overseas.

Please respond if you have dealt with Lingerie mart and you are not US based.

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to trivialise either of you guys' experience; on the contrary, I think it is bad business to let unresolved BBB complaints go and not be on the ball with some customers vs. others. I am simply saying that, as regards the specific question about why they are so highly rated, it's because generally these cases being outlined here would seem to be the exceptions, not the rule.
