We've already had a thread from a sellers point of view... but what I would like to know is :

Has anyone bought stuff from liquidationtime.com?

I have already purchased 1 small lot of electronics from them. Everything worked out well. I got my goods quickly-ish, and they were actually better than was advertised - how often does that happen! I'm now about to buy a really expensive order, so I am feeling a bit anxious....

So, has anyone had any problems with this site yet?

Be very wary. Investigate them first and have a good talk with the supplier. Also get on with their customer service team.

I don't think there was much doubt that the site was not legitimate. I would be interested to hear the opinion of all the buyers who have used this service.

Yeah you would expect they'd at least have someone email you or who can talk to you about what they sell 24/7 like they do at sellerkey for instance.

But they don't and it seems pretty downright fishy to be honest.

I placed an order recently. the first one was small. I waited so long for an invoice so I asked for a cancellation. Below is the actual email conversation between Liquidationtime & me about reason they said I had to wait so long. The auction ended on 5-23-10. I wrote and received invoice on 5-29-10. I decided to go ahead and complete the transaction (had to file dispute with paypal after taking long to ship) They responded with a tracking # and goods finally arrived by ups. I won another auction on 6-14-10. I have not received an invoice yet. I've called they don't answer, call goes to mailbox claiming it's full. I faxed, no answer. I've sent emails and as of today still no answer! I advise everyone who uses this site not to but if you do, stay away from services like western union, moneygram, and so on. THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL!!!

Hello,

Auction has been canceled as per your request, the delay was from your seller end due to some holiday issues that he had. If you still wish to complete this transaction please reply to this email with your request

If the seller will ship with no more waiting (including not generating a shipping label and waiting 5 more days), I will complete the transaction. If not just leave things as they are. Thanks.
