Just make sure you read and post the condition of the item.

A friend of mine was using them for drop ship..She didnt notice the ad said Reconditioned. She sold it as New....the customer gave her a hard time. Seems it's was marked on the outside of the package. Hurt her ebay rating!

I am using Megagoods as well. Just make sure your description clearly states whether the item is new or refurbished.

I bought a motorola blue razor recently from megagoods.com for dropshipping. They sent directly to my customer and my customer emailed saying that the phone was defected can't charge it.I told my customer to call motorola manufacturer since megagoods told me that the goods is under one year manufacture warrantie. My customer won't do it , he rather have his money back and asked for full refund. So,I did received the goods,I called motorola and it ended up its only have one month warrantie left on the cellphone.I was lied to by megagoods.com saying that have 12 mths manufacture warrantie.I lost my money for shipping back and ford to motorola manufacture to fix the phone and get a new battery charger. I soon cancelled my membership to megagoods.com. They sure have good list of items to sell but it cost me too much to do business with them.

Agreed. Megagoods has high prices. You have to dig to find the items with some potental for profit. Everything else there is maybe $5 to be made in comparison to hats selling online. And then that $5 gets eaten up by fees etc. You have to be on there constantly every single day as well, or else the good items that DO sell will be outta stock.

It would be an OK site if you are selling form your own webste, but I wouldnt use them to sell online.

Dropshipping is a very hard thing to do if your trying to start yourself out on ebay. My suggestion is to leave dropshipping alone unless you plan on selling that stuff on your own website.

Just a quick not about Megagoods that I didnt see. Orderes over $500 USD require Check, Money order or Wire Transfer. I have used Wire transfer and it is safe with this company. Just make sure they have your information, or else they have no idea who this wonderful person who just put money in their acct is ;-)

I am very eager to start selling on ebay with megagoods.com, but am sort of concerned. The only way I could make a profit on some things is if they're drop shipped. What I am wondering is do i order my products after there is a buyer for my listing and if so what do i do if they are out of stock? Also, if the product is defective and the buyer wants to return it, can i then return it to megagoods? Any help on this questions would be greatly apppriciated.

Megagoods does not offer return on ANY Cell phone and Cell phone Accessories. Only if wrong Cell is sent will they accept return and will send out the correct one.

On all other goods, I know they charge a restocking fee which I believe to be about 15 or 20%.

So if customers are returning things, sending it back to megagoods will eat away at fees.

You might want to look at a restocking fee in your own return policy and have they customers send the item to you as opposed to Megagoods to avoid their restocking fees. Just something to think about!

hi everyone, I am a beginner.
Maybe i am out of date, but please let me rase one consideration as a seller.
the actually retail prices of some goods outside are lower than they are at MagaGoods. I don't see any profits there.

Something I have noticed that I want to point out.

People seem to think they can just copy and paste items from companies like Megagoods or doba and *POOF* instant profit. You have to remember you are *SELLING* to people. I have seen some things that get sold on EBay where they customer pays close to retail, and in some cases above retail simply because the auction had a Terrific ad.

Consumers are More than willing to pay relativley high prices for items they could just go buy retail. The key isnt just have a good supplier with low prices, but also making the customer Believe that they *MUST* buy from you. Sure, they could buy the Exact same item for a lower price, but what do you have that makes the consumer buy from you at a little higher price. Is it a refund policy? High Feedback? Personable ads?

Remember you are selling to people and for some, shopping is an emotional thing. Tap into this!

Dropshipping and selling online (Esp Ebay) isn't easy, but if you invest time deveoping a selling strategy and making yourself different from the competition you will see there ARE profits to b made from companies.

Just a note: I have been selling on EBay for about the past 6 month and have *only* profited about 1,000. To some that may be a lot, and to others that could be the tip of the iceberg. I too struggle to find reliable suppliers, but selling is a *LERANING* process, trial and error.

So if you cant find a new supplier with lower prices try thinking 'What can I control or do to make people confident in buying from me' and 'what can I offer that my competitors aren't offering?'

Im sure many of you have already heard this, but if this clicks with just 1 person, well then, you're Welcome! LOL

Thanks for reading!

I have been using Megagoods. They are reputable but I had a problem getting a cell phone shipped out quickly. I won't rely on them to do that again but I have transfered money into their bank account and all went well.
