Hi has anyone worked with the company Novaengel?
Are the legit? Also, do they dropship? If they do, is there a minimum requirement of $101 - $500?

Thank you.

Hi Husssein and welcome to the forum,

This supplier is a fully verified SaleHoo supplier, but I have asked support to contact them to clarify their MOQ on their profile as it is confusing if that relates to Drop-Shipping or their Wholesale.

We will get back to you and clarify that as soon as we hear back from them.

Cheers!

Hi Husssein, sorry for the delay in getting back to you to clarify this. My fault, the supplier was actually very quick to confirm for us the following for you.

I'll copy and paste their response for you below

"There is no minimum order requirement for dropshipping.

The only condition is to pay a deposit of 500€, that will let you order our products. Every time you order, the amount will be deduced from the deposit. "

So they require that you essentially open an account with them with the requested amount before you can start taking orders and the order amount is then deducted from your account. I have to say, it's certainly a different system to what most Drop-Shippers would use.

I've asked support to get back to the supplier with some follow up clarification at this point. I'll get some clarification for you on if you can close the account and get a refund on your money, should you choose to, at any point and without any financial penalties imposed on your account.

Cheers

Hi Husssein

We've had a confirmation back from this supplier stating that their current policy is now NOT to refund any account deposits should an account holder decide to close their account. So once you invest in opening an account with them, your funds are locked into that account and the only way to get them out is to spend them on orders.

Their reason for doing this, they tell us, is to prevent people from simply opening an account to use their images and descriptions and then closing their account and getting a full refund.
