OCsurplus.com - feedback needed

Hey,
I want to start working with OCsurplus.com, and I want to hear about them.
I read in this old topic that there are problems with them:
sale/ocsurplus-com-how-credible-are-they-t12860.html
but the timeline is quite old.

So waiting to hear about people with experince with this company.

OK, I've heard back from support and we have nothing at all on file from the recent past. The only issues we have had reported to us regarding this supplier is the feedback that you found on the forum, which is now quite old.

I don't know why they're not answering to my emails.
I want to know if I can trust them.

It's not uncommon for suppliers not to respond to emails unfortunately. Try mailing them again or even better, give them a call. If you can't get hold f them I'll pass it through to support to follow up for you.

To tell you honestly, I'm not American and international call is very expensive. I'll try to send them an email again.

For things like this, it's a good idea to get Skype and you can get crazy cheap call packages to the USA. It's something like 2.5cents a minute on a pay as you go plan. They also have very cheap pay up front packages as well, totally worth it if you are going to be doing business in the USA because email is not the most effective way of doing business in the US.
