Hi QwerrtyMobilez,

I checked on Link hidden: Login to view and but there isn't much to see on their website. A whois domain check shows that their site was created March of 2009, which is fairly new and that it is located in NJ, USA but their complete address cannot be found anywhere in the website. I also failed to see any feedback written about this company online.

However, they encourage customers to visit their warehouse and inspect products before making a purchase, which is a good indication that they could be legit, but there isn't any information about where this warehouse is located.

Hope we get more information from anyone who had dealt with this company.

Hi QwertyMobilez,

I'm not sure how they got hold of your email. But we do have a supplier in our directory that is somehow connected with this OGroup LLC - Link hidden: Login to view

Both sites are owned by the same person and share the same physical address (kindly view the whois links below for their complete address). I suggest visiting the site I mentioned above to find out more about what they have to offer. Also for your reference, here's the whois search links for both:

Hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi QwertyMobilez,

At about the time you asked about them, I emailed them through their contact form on your behalf. In case you are still interested I received an email from Alex Blaker of oGroup LLC, please refer to the quoted email below:

Richelle,

Sorry for the extremely long delay, we had an issue with our email and
we lost a whole bunch of contact submissions, we are still uncovering
some misses ones!

I have answered your questions as best as I can, if you have any other
concerns please let me know. I'll be more vigilant about looking for
an email from you, we don't want it to get lost again!

> Do you have a minimum order requirement? If so, what is it?
- Anyone from Salehoo can place an order on our website and just
mention in the comments that it's a salehoo order and explain where
they would like the item dropshipped. We don't have any minimum for
this type of order.

> Who is the best person for our members to contact about their order
> questions/orders?
- they can contact me directly at alex@ogroupllc.com

> Do you accept orders from international customers?
- Yes we do. We only ship orders if the payment card used is approved
by verified by visa or mastercard secure code. Otherwise we ask
international customers to pay via wire transfer, or to place their
order on our website and select international shipping with BONGO at
checkout. BONGO is a 3rd party that helps us to verify and
authenticate international orders and they also help us to ship the
orders. If this is for a repeat Salehoo member, once a relationship
is established we can accept any CC.

> What supply methods do you offer? (Light bulk, wholesale, drop
> shipping, liquidations etc)
- We can drop ship a single item, or supply quantities up to 250
pieces. We start giving price breaks above 5 pieces.

> Do you require a resellers license/tax ID/ business registration or
> any other special information from your customers?
- If they are Domestic (within the USA) we require a resellers license
if they do not wish to be charged tax. If they don't have a license
they can still purchase merchandise, but we will have to charge sales
tax. If it is an international order we do not require anything.

> What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for order below $3,000. We also
accept eBillMe for amounts up to $5,000. For anything more than
$5,000 we require wire transfer.

> Do you offer guarantees/warranties on your products?
- We have a 14 day return policy, besides that we do not offer any
warranty beyond whatever warranty is provided by the manufacturer

> Are you able to provide documentation to prove that the brand names
> you offer are authentic?
- We can provide whatever documentation is needed. We can provide
serial numbers and IMEI numbers to a serious buyer. Everything we
sell is shipped in a sealed original box. With the exception of the
refurbished products we offer. Our apple products for example, all
come in the original sealed apple box. It only takes one look and
about 3 seconds to realize it is 100% apple merchandise if seen in
person.

> Do you offer blind drop shipping?
- Yes

> Do you offer real-time inventory?
- We do not have a live data feed with our inventory but we stock
almost everything and if we ever run out, we can usually get the item
within 24hrs.

- A final note, is that we encourage customers to inspect the
merchandise before purchasing. We have warehouse locations in NJ and
NY and can make an appointment with any hesitant buyer.

Again sorry for the delay!!
Alex.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi

i got this reply to a message i sent to a supplier asking if i could use pay-pal as a payment method and this is what they replied:-

For the authentic brand products ,we can’t use PALPAL , we only can use western union and bank transfer (T/T) personal account, it is the only way which we can supply the products with the lowerst price because we can avoid the crazy tax . if use other methods like PAYPAL , we need pay 200-300% crazy tax .

Maybe I can do some explain , hope you can understand me . We are a wholesale supplier , we just make a little profit from the business . we get the products in a special channel , no tax and no other cost ( in fact ,this is against with our country law ) , and we using personal account by western union or bank transfer , also no tax , so we can supply our products with the lowest price and avoid the country law risk . If we using PAYPAL, we need pay much tax for it (200% -300%) , you don't know how much high for the electronic products tax in China. We use this payment style for several years , and I don't think we have any bad records in the bank . When you sent the money , you can check with your western union office .

Hi QwertyMobilez,

As far as I know taxes are not collected by PayPal when you make payments through them, processing fees yes but not 200-300%.

Your supplier is trying to trick you and if you fall for it they get to run free with your money once you send it via western union or bank transfer. Besides, China is NOT a place to buy authentic brand name products.

After reading the reply you got, if I were in your shoes - I would forget about this supplier and continue searching for a better one.

Hope this helps :)

Hi QwertyMobiles,

If you are still not convinced in avoiding this supplier, I will add to Richelle's warning - avoid Western Union method of payment like the plague. Never, ever use this system. As I have mentioned in my previous post, Western Union should only be safe when you are sending money to a relative. In any other cases, especially transactions with strangers who could be internet scammers, flatly refuse to use it. It isn’t worth the risk. It may sound to you like the deal of a lifetime but you can also think that you are almost guaranteed losing the full amount. Visit Western Union’s Consumer Fraud Awareness page for more information. Hi

I found this website that sells brand items at reasonable prices and also accepts Pay - Pal could this be too good to be true because it's based in China?

Thanks
Rashed

P.S Irene and Richelle thanks for all the hard work your doing for us much appreciated.

Hi Rashed,

Without even seeing the site, I could tell you - It is! You can never expect to buy any authentic brand name items no matter how reasonable the prices are if the supplier is located in China. You're likely to end up with a replica.

You should avoid dealing with Chinese suppliers if you are looking for brand name items.

But for generic products China is the best market to look into - they have very competitive prices and a wide range of choices for NONE branded products.

Hope this helps :)
