anyone from the uk used this lot?if so did you any of you nasty taxes importing from them?

Check out your customs department for full details. They will bring you up to speed on all your import duties, but there usually is a minimum purchase you can get away with without getting hit with excess tax.

Won two lots of iPods and would never go back! Nightmare... First, all communications took ages for them to respond - meanwhile they send threatening mail. (if you don't pay in two days we'll consider you've aborted the sale)

They would not combine the shipment (just two small boxes at same warehouse) so I arranged my own shipping. They then refused to remove the US sales tax - stating that they will only do this if THEY arrange the shipping. (Yes it was apparently in the Ts and Cs) When I telephoned to complain, customer services wa almost rude. Hmmm. And yes, I got hit for the full whammy of tax as they came in as well.

I was sorry to see them with a big advert on the front page of the site - if you can think of a better place for me to post this experience, tell me!

sounds to me that liquidation is definately not a good place for international buyers, im sorry you had a rough experience.
