Hi All,

There are companies in China selling Xbox360s and the like. Are they fake or genuine?

Illegal copies or imitations with Xbox brand names on them?

Or are these usually genuine originals?

The reason I ask is because a lot of companies in China are offering out these and they are compatible with Australian version PAL and region 4.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Some are fake some are genuine, it depends on where you are buying the items.

Make sure you do your research on the particular site or seller before making a purchase.

Do you know of any companies in China who are selling genuine xbox360s?

Wait a few weeks before selling brand names again but, as a rule of thumb...

You always interview your DHGate seller front to back, make sure they have a powerseller rating or so of about 30.

Make certain the product comes with original certificates. Original box and warranty.

And is in top condition. When those three things are satisfied, you won't get into trouble.

Except at a time like right now, because trademark owners are everywhere at the moment. They report anyone to VERO and its best to avoid brand products right now.

You can ask the seller. Of course he might lie - but when I didn't know there were so many fakes out there, I asked a couple sellers about a certain product they were selling, asking if they were real or 'the replica,' and most were honest and said they were 'the replica,' not the real thing.

^Many sellers are not honest whatsoever.

It is absolutely no way to stay safe, you are better off buying whatever it is direct from a wholesale distributor. Literally that is a good rule, whenever it comes to brand names.

Buy them in bulk.
