Bear in mind on Victoria's Secret and some other fashion brands, it's label-off stuff -- they don't do wholesale in the sense of selling to independent shops and chains, so any VS brand lingerie, sleepwear etc. that you see in wholesale/liquidation form is shelf pulls and overstocks. These are seldom marketed as VS brand. However, if you see dealers advertising "national brand" lingerie it can't hurt to contact them and ask what the brand is.

This is actually worth bearing in mind across the fashion industry; many manufacturers/designers do not like their brands being diluted and harass liquidators about advertising them publicly, although they do not attempt to stop them from selling.
