I visited the supplier site you are asking about - And here's what I found out, they have been online for a little over a year and seem pretty legit. As advertised the accept PayPal. They do not sell any brand name electronics. And I did not find any negative posts about them being a scammer. Their site layout is actually quite similar to that of Lightinthebox.com
Because we have not had any personal experience we cannot vouch for this supplier. So if you must try getting to know them better first (exchange emails/phone calls, try their live chat), also start with a small order.
