Buying gift certificates in bulk at discount prices?

I'm a bit new to buying wholesale but the idea of selling gift certificates came to mind.

Anyone know if there any suppliers that will sell gift certificates at discount prices? I apologize if this question is a bit vague. Just referring to any kind of gift certificates in general...

Costco 11 different $100 Restaurant gift cards for $79.99 they have a few others also.
