Cheap cell phone suppliers?

Hello all...I am in the US and very new to this business adventure. Me and my husband are trying to find things to sell and are stumped. He loves cell phones but the site we were going to use DHGATE has a lot of them but its almost like you are paying retail prices for most of them. Are there any better sites out there...any info will be highly appreciated!!! THANK YOU!!!
