Hello, this is my first post here.

I am searching differnt computer memory, but i am little confused at the moment.

Is it good idea to buy computer memory from china, becouse it is made there i think?
Or can those be fake also?
Or should i buy from usa? But maybe they get those also from china....

I found some china websites that sell kingston memory for very sheap price, but kingston is a brand, so this must be fake?

I looked usa ebay auction and there are sold 100 piece memory bundles with quite cheap price, so i thought maybe they got it from china? Or are there some 'memory factory' in usa?

Thanks.

Hi margus555,

Welcome to SaleHoo. Glad to have you on board :)

Don't be confused. There are a lot of Chinese companies that do manufacture computer parts such as memory. Although they are licensed to make these for certain brand name companies, they are NOT licensed to sell these. This is where you might get in trouble since the items will still be considered fakes. If you want to buy generic computer memory (no brand) then China would most likely be you cheapest source.

But if you are in the market for branded computer memory, then it would be best to stay away from any Chinese supplier claiming to sell a 'Kingston' at a very cheap price. We do have a number of suppliers based in the US who are licensed to sell brand name computer parts/products.

Here are a few of the suppliers that sell brand name computer parts/products, please check them out:

eBay has become an extremely competitive marketplace and it is not uncommon to find products selling at prices the same as or lower than wholesale. How can this be? Because lots of wholesalers sell on eBay directly to the public! Unfair yes, but its the reality.

The listing you saw on eBay could be a listing made by a wholesaler and doesn't necessarily mean the seller or his products are from China. You could try inquiring and asking more about the products so you know the exact details. This way you won't be so confused.

Remember that part of landing the best deals is RESEARCH and when you research products/suppliers the more question you get to ask the more answers you'll get.

If you're sure about a few more things, please feel free to post your questions here or email us at Link hidden: Login to view and we will be glad to help you out.

Cheers! :)
