Genuine Apple accessories - suppliers needed

From what I've read so far, because of Apple's high standards it is difficult to become an authorized re-seller for their electronics. But do you have to be an authorized dealer in order to sell Apple branded accessories? And if not, where is a good place to purchase these from?
