liquidator recommendation

I located On East Coast, I've been doing research on liquidators for a few days now.

I was trying to focus on Shoes and cosmetics, but after researching, I do not believe shoes are good idea since you never know what you are getting, and good brands don't usually do much liquidation anymore.

So now i'm focusing on finding cosmetics, which I found Loreal NYX at Via Trading I checked them out, seems very legit however it is really far, so the shipping fees will add up costs.

Does anyone know a liquidator do cosmetics on East Coast, if possible with a readable website !
